Delete Your Account

WiseFaith (by JOBOS TECHNOLOGIES LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it, at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open WiseFaith and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Open Settings → Privacy & Safety.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you can't access the app, email support@wisefaith.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, photo).
• Your content — posts, prayers, testimonies, journal entries, notes, highlights, and messages.
• Your conversations with Sage (our AI companion) and its memory of you.
• Your prayer, reading, and activity history.

What may be kept

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, records of content reports needed to keep the community safe. Any such data is kept only as long as necessary (generally up to 90 days) and is then deleted.
